Forklifts are convenient machines that are used in our daily lives. However, they are also dangerous machines that can lead to serious accidents with even the slightest operating error or carelessness. If a serious accident occurs, it will cause great physical and mental damage not only to the company but also to individual employees.
As a forklift manufacturer, we believe that we have an obligation to provide safety education that will lead to increased safety awareness among our customers, and we work towards this goal every day.

Administrators find themselves in a variety of situations when it comes to safety measures.
We offer a variety of safety training programs to cater to each and every participant.

講習内容Training Agenda

This safety training focuses on "how to ensure that everyone acts safely when using forklifts." We will first understand the situation at each company's worksite, dangerous locations, the operator's driving tendencies, company rules, etc.We aim to inspire participants and improve their safety awareness, leading to changes in their behavior.We will prepare a variety of face-to-face training courses so that you can learn more about your business. The training will be conducted by an instructor visiting your business premises.

*This is Sumitomo Forklift's original safety training, and not the "Safety and Health Training for Forklift Operators (Work specified in Article 5, Paragraph 20 of the Enforcement Order of the Industrial Safety and Health Act)" conducted every five years.

Regular online seminars are being held to introduce Sumitomo's safety training

For customers who are unsure about making a sudden request, we regularly hold safety training seminars.
In the seminar, we will introduce the outline of the safety education that we are working on, explain the necessity of incorporating classroom learning as well as practical training, and customer feedback. Since it will be held online, please feel free to participate. (It is not a seminar with an actual lecture.)

Training safety education instructors

In order to train our instructors, we hold a National Safety Training Competition every year, where instructors compete on their teaching skills.
The training techniques will be judged at the national competition, which will be open to the best who have won the regional qualifiers. We strive every day to develop sales skills with a focus on safety education.
