Protection of personal information and specific personal information
Ⅰ Personal Information Protection Policy
Sumitomo NACCO Forklift (hereinafter referred to as "our company") recognizes that protecting the personal information of customers, business partners, and our executives and employees handled in the course of business is an important responsibility of our company, and will endeavor to protect personal information in accordance with the following policy.

We will comply with the Act on the Use of Numbers to Identify a Specific Individual in Administrative Procedures (the "My Number Act") regarding individual numbers and personal information including individual numbers ("specific personal information") that we handle in the course of business, and will handle such information appropriately as follows:
- In order to prevent the loss, destruction, falsification, and leakage of specific personal information as well as the risk of unauthorized access from outside, and to properly manage specific personal information, we will take safety control measures such as clarifying responsibilities, establishing internal regulations, educating and training personnel handling administrative tasks, and taking physical and technical measures to prevent accidents such as leakage.
- We will respond promptly, appropriately and sincerely to any complaints, consultations or inquiries about specific personal information received at our relevant desk.
